Legalization

The Consulate General of the State of Kuwait in Hong Kong and Macau provides legalization and authentication services for documents to be used in the State of Kuwait.

Individuals/Companies who/which need to legalize commercial documents, it is compulsory to have the original copies certified from the following Chambers prior to submission to the Consulate office:

  1. The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce
  2. Federation of Hong Kong Industries
  3. The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce
  4. The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong
  5. The Indian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong

Fees:

Certificate of Origin HKD $1,500
Invoice HKD $1,000
Bill of Lading HKD $1,500
Packing List HKD $1,500
Agreement or Certificate HKD   $500

For documents other than the above, please contact us for confirmation.


Note:

Fees should be paid in cash. HKD 1,000 banknotes are NOT accepted.

Processing Time:
Half working day.

Submission Time:
Monday to Friday – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, 1 pm to 3:00 pm.
Our Office is closed on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
